Terms of Service — AI Trend News (Etnew / 에트뉴) Service

1. The service

Etnew is a tool for businesses and creators. After you sign up and connect your own Instagram professional account or Threads account through Meta Login, you can publish and schedule posts, manage comments and direct messages, set keyword-based automatic private replies to comments, view insights, and analyze hashtags and public accounts. Some features need permissions you grant on Meta's consent screen; if you do not grant a permission, the matching feature will not work.

2. Your account

• You sign up with an email link or Google. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You may disconnect an account or delete your Etnew account at any time.

3. Rules of use

• Follow the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and the Instagram and Threads terms and community rules, as well as applicable laws.
• Automatic private replies: they go out once per person, only for the keywords you set, and only with wording you have approved. You are responsible for that wording.
• Do not use the service for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful content, or to collect data about people beyond what Meta's APIs and policies allow.
• Do not try to break, overload, or bypass the limits of the service or of Meta's APIs.

4. Your content and AI assistance

You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to process it only as needed to run the features you use. Draft text produced with the help of an AI model provider is a suggestion; you review it and you are responsible for what you publish or send.

5. Meta

The service depends on Meta's platforms and APIs, which we do not control. Meta may change, limit or end access, and features may change or stop as a result. Your use of Instagram and Threads remains subject to Meta's own terms.

6. Fees

There are no fees at the moment. If fees are introduced, we will announce them separately before they apply to you.

7. Ending use

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts or deleting your Etnew account; what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if Meta requires it.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result (reach, engagement, replies) will be achieved. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by outages of Meta or other third parties, or by content you choose to publish or send.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
